Year 7 enrolment is undertaken through the Department for Education state-wide transition process Starting secondary school in 2025 (education.sa.gov.au) . For information on the registration of interest and enrolment process for 2025, the “Starting Secondary School” brochure will be available to download by the end of term 1 2024.

A capacity management plan is one of the strategies the department uses to support government schools that have more demand for enrolment than available places.
The capacity management plan helps a school return to or maintain sustainable enrolment numbers, which helps children attend their local school.
